Pieter (or Pierre) van der Aa is the editor of the work 'Les royaumes d'Espagne et de Portugal, représentés en sizeles-douces tres-exactes, dessinées sur les places memes, qui comprennent les principales villes, forteresses, montagnes, eglises, monasteries, maisons royales, palais …', first published in Dutch in the city of Leiden in 1707. It is a book containing 165 numbered engravings with views and maps of regions and cities in Spain. That same year, the French edition of this work appeared, which would be republished, also in French, in 1715 and in 1741.

Very good condition. Clean and strong paper. Never folded and wide margins. Hand-colored. White back.
