Original coloured 17th century mapby Willem Blaeu of part of Brabant, with Brussels lower left, Antwerp upper left, Mechelen and Aarschot centrally on the map. Beautifully decorated with three cartouches. Title cartouche and coats of arms in the upper right corner. Published in 1636 in Amsterdam in a Latin edition of the ´Atlas Novus´.
Good to very good condition, light water stain on the right side. Otherwise excellent. A very decorative copy of this special map.
