Large folio sized late 18th century copper engraving with an interesting and detailed map of Greece and parts of the Balkan area.
Made orignally by Robert de Vaugondy and published in this edition in Paris by Delamarche in 1798.
Reasonable-good condition. Light water stain in the upper and lower central area of the margin, with minimal impact on the image. Some repairs in the margins. Age browning in the central fold. Otherwise very good. Thick, strong paper with wide margins. Clear print and beautiful original hand coloring.
